Our client provides an entire suite of software applications specialized for the oil & gas industry. Their portfolio includes engineering software, training modules and simulators to help with calculations to mitigate risk, accelerate projects and enhance performance.

Job Description
  • Account Orchestration:
    Work with Strategic Account Managers to map out key accounts in depth, identifying whitespace and new divisions for expansion.
  • High‑Volume Execution:
    Manage a robust calendar of ABM tactics, including 20+ live "Lunch and Learn" events and up to 80 virtual webinars annually.
  • Sales Tech Mastery:
    Utilize Apollo, Hub Spot, and Gong Engage to build automated outbound cadences and personalized marketing "air cover" for the sales team.
  • Collaborative Strategy:
    Act as the bridge between marketing and sales, ensuring 100% alignment on target personas and account‑specific messaging.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of Marketing experience with a heavy emphasis on ABM or high‑touch B2B enterprise campaigns.
  • Strategic Execution:
    Proven ability to not just "launch campaigns," but to analyze a sales funnel, identify friction points, and pivot tactics to drive conversions.
  • Toolbox:
    Proficiency in Hub Spot, Apollo, and Gong Engage is highly preferred.
Location

Reporting to an office daily in Houston, TX with flexibility for a hybrid schedule after 90‑day ramp period.

Compensation

Base Salary: $68,500

Total Comp: $75,000
