We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Representative to join our team s role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence by building strong customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities. The position is located in our Houston office.

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the technology sector. Cold call, e‑mail, utilize Linked In, and perform on‑site visits to educate customers on our products and solicit their business.
• Expectations are 300-500 weekly calls and enter a minimum of 200 contacts into a continued sales cadence.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and sales pipelines effectively.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align business strategies with operational capabilities.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
