We help homeowners improve the comfort and efficiency of their homes by replacing their old windows, roofing, and siding with new energy-efficient systems. This is an entry-level role designed for motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales, not just work a job.

Now Hiring – Immediate Openings:
This full-time Sales Representative role includes structured training on our products and sales process. You’ll learn how to deliver professional, interactive presentations to homeowners while developing real-world skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving that support long-term career growth.

• Present home improvement solutions through interactive, in-home sales presentations
• Educate homeowners on energy-efficiency solutions
• Work with a positive, high-energy field team
• Attend weekly sales training and coaching to continuously sharpen your skills

• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with people in face-to-face interactions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with others

• Earning potential: $75,000 - $134,000 per year

New hires are eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid in weekly installments of $333 during training. The bonus is contingent upon successful completion of all required training milestones and the first qualified appointment that results in a deal.
