We are a locally owned and operated security guard services company headquartered in Houston, Texas, and we are looking for an experienced outside B2B sales professional to help us expand within the Greater Houston area.

This role is ideal for a driven closer who thrives in face-to-face selling, understands long sales cycles, unapologetic for higher costs for better service, and wants uncapped commission with clear, measurable goals.

What You will Do
  • Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts for security guard services (commercial, industrial, office building, medical, bank, etc.)
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings, site visits, and presentations with decision-makers.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using defined activity and revenue metrics.
  • Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Represent the company professionally in the field and at networking events.
  • Meet and exceed clearly defined monthly and quarterly sales targets.
What We Are Looking For
  • Proven outside B2B sales experience (minimum 2-3 years preferred)
  • Strong prospecting and closing skills (hunter mentality)
  • Experience selling services (security, staffing, facilities, or similar industries a plus)
  • Comfortable with performance-based compensation and measurable goals.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and disciplined with time management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally.
