Regional Sales Director will be working with the Account Executives, Modality Managers, commercial, and executive team members to increase United Imaging’s footprint in all modalities for that region. The primary function will be to lead the Account Executives in that region, helping to drive execution excellence at all levels of the imaging modality sales process. Successful candidates will demonstrate the characteristics of authenticity and integrity that are needed to build meaningful and lasting relationships with our customers, as well as with all internal stakeholders.
The Regional Sales Director will be responsible for the overall commercial business, and its growth and development of all modalities for that region in which they are responsible.
- Directly lead and manage the Account Executive team in your region
- Ownership of a portion of the quarterly and annual order targets and driving towards the goal of achievement of those targets
- Be the accountable owner of relationships and business targets in assigned region with and through the Account Executive team.
- Lead Account Executives efforts for Prospecting activities for rapid funnel expansion and actively guide team to progress funnel through sales stages to orders
- Help Account Executives increase visibility to opportunities in the region with a primary goal of growing the sales funnel in each territory
- Work with the larger commercial team on deal execution excellence, overseeing the strategy to win, and leveraging all the tools and team to achieve success
- Be available as a sales leader to represent the next level escalation as the face of the company when needed
- Have a strong command of the Company Story and be able to formally present this if needed
- Have strict adherence to all company sales strategy (pricing, concession, negotiation, closing, etc.)
- Drive the team to ensure that the CRM tool is accurate (without being excessive)
- Actively forecast orders timing, volume and system delivery in your managed region
- Own and direct Account Executive training activities within your region
- Consider, define, create, and implement new sales execution strategies outside of what is currently prevalent within the Medical Imaging industry today.
- Help ensure that at every step in the customer’s experience, we are delighting them
- Bachelor’s degree or above or/ equivalent work experience
- Candidates should have 10+ years of experience in the sales industry.
- Extensive knowledge of medical imaging in healthcare market trends
