Ezee Fiber is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our high-energy team. This role is primarily responsible for proactive outbound sales efforts, connecting with prospective customers, educating them on our high-speed fiber services, and converting qualified leads into new activations.
The ideal candidate thrives in a goal-oriented environment, builds trust quickly, overcomes objections confidently, and consistently drives revenue growth while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS- Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate new service activations.
- Present Ezee Fiber products, pricing, and promotions with clarity and confidence.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and retention.
- Build rapport quickly to establish trust and long-term customer relationships.
- Effectively manage objections and close sales opportunities.
- Accurately document customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Maintain knowledge of current products, competitive offerings, and promotional campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support business growth initiatives.
- Deliver professional, high-quality service aligned with Ezee Fiber standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives.
Education and Experience requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum of one to three years of sales experience (contact center, telecommunication, or outbound sales preferred).
In-depth knowledge of FTTH/telecom industry design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and professionally.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and call center software.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
