This is a full-time, remote role for a Commission Sales Associate. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with retail partners, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The associate will work to meet sales targets, demonstrate product knowledge, communicate benefits to clients, and ensure client satisfaction through consistent, proactive communication and support. The position also requires tracking sales activities and providing accurate reports to the management team.

• Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience with client communication and customer service excellence
• Ability to identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed targets
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in data tracking and reporting
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in retail, wholesale, or a related industry is a plus
• Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
