We are looking for a travel agent who is passionate about traveling. As a Remote Travel Advisor, you will:
Responsibilities- Serve clients by planning and selling domestic and international travel vacations including cruises and land packages
- Successfully meet and or exceed goals by developing long-standing relationships with clients, as well as soliciting new business through referrals and repeat business
- Prepare and process related trip documents and invoices
- Cross-Sell relevant products to enhance the trip experience
- Have effective communication skills, written and oral
- Proficient computer skills including the ability to multitask with several websites and programs
- Proven work experience as a travel agent is a plus
- Excellent knowledge of computer reservation systems
- Fluency in English;
Multilingualism and Bilingual is a plus - Strong sales skills and commercial awareness
- Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
- Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
