On-Premises Sales Representative – Spirits About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic Spirits Sales Representative to grow distribution, visibility, and relationships across on‑premise accounts in the Houston market. You’ll manage a territory of bars, restaurants, hotels, and nightlife venues while representing a diverse spirits portfolio.

• Grow sales, distribution, and brand presence in assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with beverage directors, bar managers, and owners
• Present and sell portfolio items, secure menu placements and features
• Execute tastings, promotions, and brand activation events
• Monitor inventory, ensure stock rotation, and maintain merchandising standards
• Track account activity and identify growth opportunities
• Ensure compliance with TABC regulations

• Experience in spirits/beverage sales or hospitality preferred
• Strong knowledge of spirits categories and on‑premise operations
• TABC certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs as needed
