Brightway Insurance is hiring a Full Time Associate Producer in Houston, TX 77007
. We are seeking a self-motivated, growth-oriented Associate Producer to join our dynamic team. As a key contributor to one of the fastest-growing agencies in Texas, this role offers opportunities for professional development and career advancement.

• Growth pathway — begin as an Associate Producer, and evolve toward Account Manager
• No insurance experience required — we will pay for licensing training and support your development.
• High upside — first-year total compensation (base + commission) projected in the $40,000-$45,000 range.
• Dynamic environment — get hands-on experience in sales, cross-selling, quoting, client referrals, and operational tasks.

• Manage and cross-sell into a base book of ~400 accounts (once assigned)
• Generate quotes, prepare invoices, and handle basic policy administration
• Actively grow your own referral pipeline
• Cross-sell new business, upsell endorsements, and gather referrals
• Maintain consistent inbound business flow from referral sources
• Occasionally assist underwriting tasks, scheduling inspections, minimal risk-taking tasks
• Support renewals and assist in account maintenance
• Work toward owning your revenue stream and eventually moving into account manager / producer roles

• Sales mindset with motivation to learn in a commission-oriented role
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter, comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, and tracking KPIs
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (we provide training and support)
• Ability to work full time onsite in Houston
