This is an entry-level role designed for motivated individuals who want to build a career in sales, not just work a job.

The Sales Role

Now Hiring – Immediate Openings:
This full-time Sales Representative role includes structured training on our products and sales process. You’ll learn how to deliver professional, interactive presentations to homeowners while developing real-world skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving that support long-term career growth.

Responsibilities

• Present home improvement solutions through interactive, in-home sales presentations
• Educate homeowners on energy-efficiency solutions
• Work with a positive, high-energy field team
• Attend weekly sales training and coaching to continuously sharpen your skills

Qualifications

• Outgoing and comfortable engaging with people in face-to-face interactions
• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with others
• Open-minded and eager to learn a wide range of new skills
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and driven by long-term career growth

Compensation

• Earning potential: $75,000 - $134,000 per year
• Uncapped commissions
• Bonuses

New hires are eligible for a $4,000 sign-on bonus, paid in weekly installments of $333 during training.
