Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prospect and sign new accounts in the small to mid-tier market (1,000-7,500 employees) within the assigned territory.
- Achieve or exceed identified sales goals through various forms of prospecting.
- Build extensive knowledge of Weichert's services, products and systems to consult with clients and propose business solutions that will best meet client's needs and objectives.
- Establish long-term relationships with clients by valuing and understanding their business needs and drivers, in order to apply the appropriate solution to address those needs.
- Collaborate with Weichert WM's proposal team to deliver world class sales proposals to targeted prospects.
- Negotiate acceptable relocation service agreement terms and service fees with new clients.
- Minimum of 5 years sales and/or account management experience in the relocation industry with a proven track record and ability to manage successful, profitable client relationships.
- Technology-driven prospecting skills including the use of AI to identify prospects.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM system.
- Strong presentation skills (written and verbal) with the ability to command an audience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Experience contributing, developing and executing strategic plans and leading initiatives to achieve business results.
- Exceptional relationship management skills.
- Must be flexible and prepared to effectively manage last minute projects and deadlines.
- Highly strategic with the ability to identify opportunities and problem solve.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills.
- Extensive knowledge of Weichert WM's services, products and systems preferred.
- CRP and GMS certification preferred.
- College degree (BA or BS) or equivalent years of experience
