This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Houston, TX. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing new client relationships, maintaining existing accounts, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, presenting tailored insurance solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The individual in this role will contribute to strategic business planning, and provide regular client follow-ups to nurture long-term partnerships.
Qualifications- Sales and business development experience, with proven ability to meet or exceed targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships through excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Proficiency with sales and CRM tools or platforms
- Knowledge of insurance products or industry experience is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
