Overview

Employer Industry: Retail Sales and Marketing for Outdoor Power Equipment

• Provide store-level support for sales programs, merchandising, and marketing initiatives
• Develop relationships with store managers and associates to become the primary contact for escalations
• Monitor and report on store inventory levels and merchandising compliance
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales training for store management and associates
• Assist Territory Managers with retail/dealer activities and gather market data for strategic initiatives

• Associate’s degree or relevant experience;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
• Must reside within the assigned territory
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build quality working relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn in-house programs

• CRM data management experience
• Prior experience in industries with significant sales growth such as appliances, agricultural equipment, or power tools
• Willingness to travel extensively, including weekends during peak events
