Sales Representative

As a member of our Outside Sales team, your primary responsibility is to help clients envision, design, and realize outdoor living spaces that elevate their homes and daily lives. Responsibilities:
- Partner with clients to design and sell high-quality outdoor living spaces.
- Guide clients through the contracting process with transparency and professionalism.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through warm leads provided by the marketing team.
- Deliver detailed and accurate project scopes tailored to client needs and visions.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients, addressing concerns and updates promptly.
- Achieve sales targets and exceed client expectations, driving repeat business and referrals.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of technology; proficient with G-suite tools such as Gmail, Sheets, and Drive.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand how projects are built.
- Comfort with measuring static and abstract spaces accurately.
- Sales or design experience is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of financial components of sales, including cost structures and payment schedules
- Relentlessly competitive with a high standard of personal accountability and ownership.
- Emotionally intelligent; adept at reading verbal and nonverbal client cues.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to “getting it right.”
- Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Professional demeanor, including speech, timeliness, dress, and hygiene.
- Demonstrated success markers such as awards, honors, or history of promotions.
Education:
- BA or BS degree desired but not required.
Availability:
- Flexibility to accommodate client schedules, often including evenings and Saturdays.
- Availability to attend intensivetraining in Houston during training and other semi-annual events in other markets.
