The Assistant Sales Development Leader (ASDL) is the local management representative for EMG and the main person in charge of executing the company’s corporate mission and sales goals in the market to which they are assigned.
RESPONSIBILITIES- Operate daily office functions and complete enrollment of new accounts.
- Develop and manage sales representatives and account coverage.
- Assist sales reps with phone prospecting, lead generation, running and closing deals, account evaluations, and bid creation.
- Hire new sales representatives and other personnel as directed by upper management.
- Train and mentor new recruits on EMG’s products, services, and sales system.
- Coordinate placement of recruitment advertisements for sales representatives and other staff.
- Interview prospects for sales positions and related personnel.
Basic Qualifications:
- Associate’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field.
- 3 years of sales experience.
- Some supervisory experience.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business or related field.
- Some outside sales and product sales experience.
- Industry knowledge.
- Bilingual.
