Position Overview
We’re looking for motivated full-time team members to join our growing network of Metro by T-Mobile stores! If you enjoy working with people, technology, and sales, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
Core Responsibilities- Engage customers and deliver an exceptional in-store experience
- Drive sales of mobile phones, service plans, and accessories
- Execute store opening and closing procedures
- Support store-level marketing and promotional initiatives
- Work toward personal and team sales goals
- Full-time availability required
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- 1+ year of retail experience preferred (not required)
- Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to multitask
- No prior sales experience required paid training provided
- Candidates must have valid authorization to work in the United States
