What You Will DoThe Mobile Technician will support, grow, and maintain business relationships with dealerships and fleet operations in your metro area. You will develop and maintain a weekly sales route in your territory to maximize profits, manage inventory, maintain a company vehicle, perform audits, and keep accurate logs of sales stops. Candidates with 2‑5 years of automotive, cable installation, route sales, or related fields are ideal.

- Sales and customer service experience (commission‑based sales experience preferred)
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 21 years of age with a valid Driver’s license
- Familiarity with computers, e‑mail, and internet navigation
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Safe place to park company van
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, bend, stoop, squat, and stand
- Ability to enter and exit elevated van doors 30‑40 times daily
- Lift car hoods, disconnect batteries, enter/exit other vehicles
- Work in all weather conditions
- Adaptable: thrive when every day is different
- Automotive‑minded: comfortable in dealership environments and around cars
- Hands‑on and mechanically capable: approach challenges like a DIYer
- Connector: actively introduce yourself and explain how services solve customer problems

- Sales‑averse: closing deals is core; not comfortable with prospecting and pitching

- Uncomfortable in a large vehicle: operate full‑size company van confidently
- Disconnected from automotive work: tasks like battery disconnects, panel removal, diagnostics routine
