This is a local, in-home field role requiring daily travel to customer residences – not Remote.

$21.00 + mileage reimbursement + phone stipend + sales commission.

• Standard 5‑day schedule (4:05 PM–9:00 PM, end time may vary by customer needs).
• Flexible 4+ day schedule available in select markets: you must provide 25 hours of availability per week across at least 4 days, with at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Shifts run from 12:05 PM to 9:00 PM, with start as late as 4:00 PM.
• Choice of schedule depends on market; availability is essential.

• Serve: meet customers at their homes, offices, or other locations; provide exceptional customer service focusing on the customer first.
• Use the Serve, Solve, Sell™ approach to guide interactions.
• Solve: troubleshoot and resolve customers' tech issues, offering clear solutions.
• Sell: present and recommend tailored product solutions, leveraging negotiation and communication skills.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing coaching.

• Experience in a sales environment with set targets.
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan). Must own a personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles) and be willing to travel up to 120 miles one-way.
• Available to work a varied 5‑day week including evenings, weekends, and holidays; must have a personal cellphone.
• Comfortable interacting with household pets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills; goal‑oriented and adaptable.
• Outgoing and eager to learn across a variety of skills.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked; paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement per IRS guidelines paid weekly.
• 35 $ phone stipend paid monthly.
• 3 weeks paid training.
