Appointment Setter

We're selectively expanding our team at Wealthy Leadership and are looking for high-caliber individuals who operate at a different standard.

This is not a call-center role. There are no scripts, no mass outreach lists, and no micromanagement. You'll lead high-quality conversations with professionals and business owners who are already exploring ways to improve their situation -- and help them take the next clear step.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Identify and engage prospects through Linked In, Facebook, and professional networks
- Lead thoughtful discovery conversations to understand goals and current circumstances
- Communicate our services in a simple, relevant, and personalized way
- Qualify alignment and coordinate appointments with our advisory team
- Maintain organized notes, consistent follow-up, and a healthy pipeline
- Work toward clear weekly activity and performance targets

COMPENSATION

- $900-$1,800+ per week
- Uncapped earnings -- your results drive your income
- Strong performers can scale quickly within the platform

TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Selected candidates enter a structured program covering:
- Professional outreach and communication frameworks
- Client qualification and appointment coordination systems
- Messaging strategy and conversation support
- Ongoing mentorship from experienced leaders
