Are you a Customer Service Representative from an industrial manufacturing environment looking to step up into inside sales and fast-track your career through confidence, relationship building, and commercial progression to Manager?
On offer is a role with an internationally renowned company where you will receive on the job training to develop your sales and communication skills and will be able to learn from senior members of the team, in a collaborative, dynamic work environment.
This company are going through a period of expansion and are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to progress with their growth. This company are incredibly stable and offer an industry leading excellent health and benefits package with career progression to Management.
In this role, you will be building relationships with customers, being the primary contact for their questions and queries. You will also be identifying sales opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth, as well as processing orders ensuring smooth transactions are taking place.
This role would suit an individual with great communication and listening skills, looking to work in a modern office for a secure organization with excellent benefits and a great company package. You will receive on the job training to improve your customer service and sales skills!
The Role:
- Building relationships with customers within industrial manufacturing markets
- Processing orders, ensuring time frames are being met
- Act as a primary point of contact, providing exceptional service and support to meet their product needs
- Great communication skills
- Ability to take calls and speak to customers
- Experience with Excel and administrative tasks
