As part of our Houston expansion, 407 Solutions is hiring an Event Sales Assistant to support live, face-to-face sales events across retail and promotional venues. This role focuses specifically on event execution, engaging customers during branded campaigns, and supporting on-site sales activity.

• Support live promotional and event-based sales campaigns at retail and branded venues.
• Speak face-to-face with customers to explain products, offers, and event promotions.
• Assist in generating sales by engaging customers and guiding them through purchase decisions.
• Help set up, maintain, and break down event displays and sales stations.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience during events through clear communication and service.
• Follow event schedules, sales objectives, and instructions from the on-site team leader.
• Maintain a professional presence while representing client brands publicly.

• Confident speaking with customers in face-to-face environments.
• Comfortable being involved in sales-focused activities.
• Friendly, reliable, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work in busy event or retail settings.
• Interest in events, promotions, or customer interaction.
• Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is helpful but not required.
