This is an on-site internship/contract role based in Greater Houston for a Sales and Marketing Representative. The primary responsibilities include promoting our pickleball events and services, managing customer relationships, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves supporting sales efforts by reaching out to potential partners, maintaining marketing materials, and promoting initiatives to expand Pickle Mania’s community reach.

You will collaborate with the team to develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies.

• Proficiency in Communication and strong Customer Service skills
• Experience or knowledge in Sales, with an ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Familiarity with Training, and comfort in engaging diverse groups or promoting events
• Background in Sales & Marketing with an understanding of marketing tools and strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Enthusiasm for pickleball or sports is a plus
• Availability to work on-site in Greater Houston for the duration of the contract
