Location: Houston, TX

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Compensation: $20.00 per hour (Non-exempt)

Availability: Summer semester

• Sales Team Shadowing – Learn directly from experienced sales professionals.
• Account Research – Help identify new and inactive accounts.
• Product Knowledge – Understand the materials and industry.
• Solution-Based Selling – You’ll actually get to sell plastic!
• Mentorship – Regular coaching from senior reps and sales managers.
• Ad Hoc Projects – Contribute to the team with meaningful projects.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (Must be a Senior undergraduate student)
• Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented
• Professional Phone Etiquette & Customer Service Skills
• Outgoing Personality – Ability to build and maintain relationships
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
• Must be available to work Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, during the semester

• Onsite Gym Access: M-F, 4:30 AM - 8 PM
