The Internet Sales Representative is responsible for managing and responding to online sales inquiries, developing customer relationships, and guiding prospects through the vehicle purchasing process. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers who engage with the dealership through digital channels.

Responsibilities

Monitor and respond promptly to all internet leads from the dealership website and third-party referral sources
Manage incoming email communications and online inquiries
Build and maintain prospect files for all assigned leads
Provide vehicle pricing, financing information, and inventory availability to customers
Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective buyers
Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
Process online and manual credit applications
Maintain current knowledge of vehicle products, market trends, and manufacturer certifications
Follow and execute the dealership sales process
Capture and upload vehicle photos for website listings as needed
Achieve established performance objectives, including customer satisfaction, gross profit, and sales volume goals
Attend department and sales meetings as required

Education and/or Experience

Previous automotive sales, internet sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience will be considered

Licenses

Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record and insurability required
