Job Description

Generate new business opportunities by promoting Culligan’s commercial drinking water treatment solutions throughout the Houston market. Specialized in outbound sales, customer relationship management, and consultative selling of filtration systems, reverse osmosis units, Ice and bottle-free water solutions.

Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation to acquire new residential and commercial customers.

Educated clients on water quality solutions, filtration systems, and long-term service benefits.

Built and maintained strong customer relationships through consultative sales and follow-up support.

Schedule business consultations to assess customer water treatment needs.

Close sales agreements and service contracts while consistently meeting sales performance goals.

Collaborate with installation and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and satisfaction.

Maintained accurate CRM records, sales pipeline activity, and customer account updates.

Requirements

Previous experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or account management preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Ability to prospect, generate leads, and manage a consistent sales pipeline.

Comfortable conducting in-person consultations and presentations.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales goals.

Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting tools.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel within the Houston area...

Strong organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced sales environment.
