Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance to senior management.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to promote Deterco’s products and services.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a territory management role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment.
