** What You'll Be Doing
*** Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
* Promote and sell concrete products and services to meet customer needs
* Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
* Provide technical support and product knowledge to clients
** What Are We Looking For
*** Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage customer relationships and resolve issues
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
* Ability to learn and apply technical product knowledge
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
