Summary

Provide personalized makeup and skincare consultations and sales within the Beauty department, delivering inclusive in-store and digital experiences. Engage customers to understand their needs, recommend products, and drive sales for luxury and on-trend beauty brands.

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer beauty goals
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
  
  Maintain department organization and cleanliness to ensure a customer-ready environment
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with loyalty account enrollment

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
• Ability to connect with customers, proactively handle concerns, and build customer loyalty
• Empathy and professionalism during close-contact services such as makeup and skincare application
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through with a drive to achieve sales goals and use digital selling tools
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs require
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds
