Route Sales Managers are responsible for maintaining and growing customer relationships along an assigned route. This role focuses on customer retention through inventory management, communication, problem‑solving, and collaboration with internal support teams.

• Base salary: $20 - $23 per hour
• Commissions can bring base pay higher

• Company vehicle (route-based)
• Company phone
• Uniforms
• All required tools

A clean driving record is required. A CDL Class C license with Haz Mat endorsement is preferred but not required.

• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customer managers and chefs
• Assist customers with managing inventory levels and product needs
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner
• Communicate customer feedback and needs to internal Super Source teams
• Work independently while collaborating with sales and operations teams
