Opportunity Specialist / Lead Sales Coordinator
We are looking for an Opportunity Specialist/Lead Sales Coordinator who will identify, pre-qualify, follow up, convert quotes to sales and call on both non-contract customers and current customers to increase awareness of One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating services.

- Identify, pre-qualify, and call on non-contract customers and current contract customers to increase awareness of company service offerings.
- Warm leads provided by One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating. No canvassing, no cold calling.
- Prepare estimates and proposals.
- Follow up on sales leads while maintaining professional persistence.
- Set and verify appointments.
- Turn quotes into sales.
- Possess a competitive nature, active listening, problem solving, and discipline with the ability to adapt.
- Manage multiple opportunities, particularly focusing on selling service agreements and new equipment.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Demonstrate technical expertise and maintain a high level of credibility.
- Recommend solutions and handle customer objectives with a total value solution and competitive advantage.
- Positively and credibly influence customers.
- Develop proposals and contracts for residential service agreements.
- Use strong follow‑up skills by phone and email.
- Negotiate value while handling objections with solutions and closing the sale.
- Maintain a courteous demeanor with all customers and associates.
- Hit target KPIs.
- 3 years of in‑home sales experience.
- GED or high school diploma required.
- Prior selling experience.
- Knowledge of HVAC equipment a plus.
- Strong negotiating and handling objections skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Spanish a plus.
