Sales Executive II

Job Summary

This position is responsible for meeting sales targets to directly sell or, through a broker, sell from a portfolio of products. Ability to travel, including overnight stays within the assigned region, as necessary.

• State Insurance License.
• 2 years’ experience selling group health insurance products with a proven track record OR have met HCSC group health new sales goals in a group health insurance sales role and demonstrated ability to sell and close larger sized group accounts.
• Knowledge of and experience with group managed care products including HMO and PPO processes and trends.
• 3 years in a position which requires self‑direction, initiative, and decision‑making.
• Verbal and written communication skills with proven ability to make presentations to groups and/or brokers.
• Ability to sell, negotiate and close sales.
• Detail oriented; customer service oriented.
• Ability to travel, including overnight stays within the assigned territory.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job‑related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
