Shape the future of materials technology as a Business Development Representative at Alleima Tube Americas, supporting the Heat Exchanger Fabrication & Manufacturing sector across the USA and Canada.

Your role

As a Business Development Representative, you will lead business development efforts, including building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth across multiple regions. The role involves extensive travel and a hybrid work schedule.

Role Description
  • Establish Alleima as preferred partner and tube provider with heat exchanger fabricators.
  • Collaborate with Account Manager and the Technical Marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth.
  • Identify, qualify, and quantify new business opportunities.
  • Be the trusted partner to current customers to grow the existing business.
  • Identify customer business drivers and develop and execute account plans to drive profitable growth.
  • Conduct regular business meetings and presentations through extensive travel to customer and end‑user sites.
  • Provide tailored commercial and technical solutions, while negotiating contracts and agreements.
  • Participate actively in daily decision‑making processes involving quotes, projects, and agreements, alongside the sales organization.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to anticipate customer needs and opportunities.

Travel: 75%

Your Profile
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum) or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales.
  • Solid understanding of fixed process equipment manufacturing, refining, chemical processing, or similar industries.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in English is essential.
