Shape the future of materials technology as a Business Development Representative at Alleima Tube Americas, supporting the Heat Exchanger Fabrication & Manufacturing sector across the USA and Canada.
Your roleAs a Business Development Representative, you will lead business development efforts, including building relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth across multiple regions. The role involves extensive travel and a hybrid work schedule.
Role Description- Establish Alleima as preferred partner and tube provider with heat exchanger fabricators.
- Collaborate with Account Manager and the Technical Marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales growth.
- Identify, qualify, and quantify new business opportunities.
- Be the trusted partner to current customers to grow the existing business.
- Identify customer business drivers and develop and execute account plans to drive profitable growth.
- Conduct regular business meetings and presentations through extensive travel to customer and end‑user sites.
- Provide tailored commercial and technical solutions, while negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Participate actively in daily decision‑making processes involving quotes, projects, and agreements, alongside the sales organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to anticipate customer needs and opportunities.

Your Profile- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Materials, Chemical, Mechanical, Petroleum) or Business Administration. - Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, account management, or sales.
- Solid understanding of fixed process equipment manufacturing, refining, chemical processing, or similar industries.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial acumen.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English is essential.
