Job Overview

The e‑Commerce Sales Associate interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases in our no‑haggle sales environment. The role requires responding to leads promptly, answering questions, providing information, and driving customers from initial contact to an in‑store experience while delivering an exceptional level of service.

• Respond to leads in a timely manner and guide customers from phone or internet contact to an in‑store visit.
• Provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and payment terms.
• Negotiate terms to meet customers’ lifestyles, budgets, and expectations.
• Close sales and complete all necessary paperwork.
• Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and promote loyalty.
• Refer customers to the Service department to support their ownership experience.
• Use technology to manage customer relationships and sales activities.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales or retail experience preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to follow up with customers after the sale.
• Comfort with technology and ability to work with digital tools.
• Valid in‑state driver’s license and a safe driving record.
