SummaryThe Sales Support Representative will oversee equipment sales administration, including CRM and ERP systems, account tracking, and report generation. Manage the sales performance analysis, communication between units, and customer satisfaction surveys.
Responsibilities- Supports the outside sales team and manages proactive marketing, lead generation and follow-up; sales coordination and customer satisfaction activities.
- Manage the equipment sales administration.
- Coordinate CRM and ERP systems.
- Manage OS account lists on business systems.
- Track activity and revenue at target accounts.
- Generate Monthly Sales Reports (Bookings, Invoicing, etc.).
- Generate sales charts for posting (Salesmen Performance, number of PM contracts, etc.).
- Generate special sales reports for management as needed.
- Coordinate communication between business unit / OS / IS.
- Manage administration of sales blitz.
- Develop tracking procedures including login, assignment, follow up.
- Follow Leads from cradle to grave and track results.
- Manage monthly customer satisfaction surveys.
- Seminars, advertising and coordination.
- Coordinate customer and employee social events.
- Support social media advertising and promotion.
- Targeted direct mail campaigns & sales blitz.
- E-mail marketing campaigns.
- Manage manufacturers co-op funds.
- Manage all marketing efforts related to above.
- 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales and/or Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Windows-based programs.
- Organizational skills to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledgeable with CRM and business enterprise software systems, update and maintain systems with new sales information.
- Meet deadlines and keep commitments consistently.
- Broad knowledge and experience in the industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Accept driving record according to company guidelines.
