Mission
Responsible for managing strategic customer relationships in North America within the Oil & G segment, to drive revenue and profitable growth of DMV's O&G product portfolio. This role will act as the primary commercial interface between the customer and DMV’s organization, ensuring excellent commercial attention and services, from quote to product delivery. The O&G specialist will focus on the development and expansion of the customer base, through deep understanding of products and applications.
MainResponsibilities
- Sales Responsibility for O&G portfolio in North America
- Quantify volumes, revenues and profitability opportunity related to existing and new customers and applications
- Identify opportunities for product develop met and value creation via technical collaboration.
- Develop and execute customer action plans to achieve commercial targets.
- Develop and conduct market & product presentations at customer and events
- Monitor and analyze competitors activity and key industry trends
- Development and realisation of regional sales strategy
- Composition, controlling and responsibility for regional sales budget
- Sales reporting
- Contribute to the management and Development of a growing commercial team
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in industrial B2B sector, pipe / tubular product experience
- Strong knowledge of the O&G market
- Excellent negotiation skills and experience with complex pricing and contract terms
- Solid technical understanding of tube/pipe products and their applications
- Strong analytical abilities for budgeting, forecasting, and market analysis
- Customer-focused communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Independent, results-oriented work style with high accountability
- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly (> 40%)
