Our community's success depends on the Bilingual Leasing Specialist, who provides a "WOW" experience to prospective and current residents alike. In this role, you will drive occupancy growth by leading apartment tours, managing lead follow-up, and effectively marketing our high-quality rental homes.
We are looking for an outgoing, service-minded professional to fill this key public-facing role. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of achievement in leasing, sales, or a similar service-oriented field.

Compensation: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

- Must be bilingual in Spanish.
- A strong background in multiple years of multifamily property management is required.
- Proven ability to drive positive results while representing and promoting core values.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong outreach and social media marketing background.
- Experience conducting accurate market surveys by conducting in-person shops on a regular basis.
- A sense of empowerment, accountability, and success at achieving goals, driving performance, and developing team members.
- Appfolio, G‑suite, and Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
- Organizing and coordinating resident events monthly.
- Respond to all leads within 4 hours and manage the full lead-to-lease process.
- Prospect weekly and build relationships with local businesses for cross-promotion.
- Network with major employers, universities, and hospitals to generate traffic.
- Conduct leasing tours using DLP’s Standards of Excellence and close with confidence.
- Assist prospects in applying using online tools and proven closing techniques.
- Create and lead resident programs to enhance the living experience.
- Build relationships with current and past residents to drive referrals.
- Regularly walk and inspect the property to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, guest cards, follow-ups, and lease paperwork.
- Communicate consistently with the Community Manager, leadership, and teammates.
- Attend all required meetings and trainings; manage goals and time effectively.
