This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Dubai for a Telesales Representative. The Telesales Representative will engage in prospecting and contacting potential clients, presenting property offerings via phone, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role involves closing sales, meeting targets, providing accurate information on real‑estate services, and coordinating follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Customer Support practices, ensuring client satisfaction
- Strong Sales skills, including the ability to meet targets and close deals
- Adaptability in conducting and assimilating Training when required
- Proactive attitude, resilience, and goal‑oriented mindset
- Experience in real estate or a related field is a plus
- Fluency in English, with additional language proficiency being an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
