This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Representative, based in Houston, TX. The role involves driving new business opportunities through lead generation, managing the sales pipeline, and cultivating relationships with potential and existing clients. Daily tasks include performing market research, developing sales strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.
The Senior Business Development Representative will also play a key role in promoting Compu Cycle's services and building long-term client partnerships.
- Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage potential clients.
- Strong Communication and Business Development skills for building and maintaining effective client relationships.
- Sales expertise, including negotiating contracts, closing deals, and meeting sales goals.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrate initiative, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in or knowledge of IT asset management, recycling, or similar industries is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
