Weekly Pay: $725 (1099)
Scaled Commissions: 100+ Doors 5%, 300+ Doors 10%, 500+ Doors 15%

The Part-Time Field Sales and Marketing Representative acts as the frontline ambassador for the beverage brand, driving sales, building relationships with accounts, and executing high-impact marketing activities across assigned territories. This position is hands‑on, focused on both sales and brand-building at retail and hospitality locations.
Key Responsibilities- Prospects for new business and manages existing accounts, targeting bars, restaurants, grocery stores, liquor stores, and other retail outlets to grow product placement and distribution.
- Monitors stock levels, manages orders, and provides feedback on product performance and market trends to internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in beverages or consumables.
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage time, routes, and priorities independently within the assigned territory.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and results-oriented, with a passion for brand-building.
- Knowledge of beverage industry trends, regulations, and product categories.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and reporting tools.
