Join the One Hydraulics Green Team as an Inside Sales professional in a fast‑paced, quickly growing company with opportunities to advance and learn alongside accomplished business leaders. You would be responsible for order monitoring and processing with the Inside Sales team, basic data entry, assisting customers with order placement and resolving issues.

• Provide ridiculously good customer service by answering incoming calls and responding promptly to email and chat requests.
• Generate and deliver accurate quotes to customers.
• Efficiently enter sales orders.
• Process payments and accurately apply them to customer accounts.
• Proactively follow up on order status, including tracking and delivery updates, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Maintain an insatiable curiosity to learn, adapt, and expand your product knowledge and sales expertise.

• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and thorough in all tasks.
• Strong communicator who confidently shares ideas and collaborates effectively.
• Proficient with computers and adaptable to new technologies.
• Self‑motivated and disciplined, with a proactive approach to work.
• Works with a sense of urgency and eagerness to complete tasks efficiently.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (In‑person, not remote)
