Senior Sales Advisor – Sales (Venezuela)

We are looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to develop the Venezuelan market, build trust with customers, and drive sales growth within the region. This role requires strong technical knowledge, proven leadership, and a passion for customer partnership.

• Sell products, services, parts, solutions, or projects within a specific geographic area in Venezuela.
• Handle products and systems requiring thorough technical knowledge and understanding of the environment where the products and systems will be used.
• Manage complex sales processes involving many stakeholders, including technical, economical, logistical, and financial aspects.
• Handle key business unit clients.
• Coordinate a sales business unit with cross‑functional network.
• Directly involve in medium‑large sales.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in Engineering or a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales.
• Reside in or be willing to reside in Venezuela.
• Proven experience as a people leader.
• 5‑10 years of experience with turbo machinery core products and associated auxiliaries.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects.
• Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established project‑management skills.
