What You’ll Do
:
On‑Site & Field‑Based Role, Sales & Growth

• Build and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients by delivering exceptional service and measurable value
• Ensure every client receives a top‑tier experience from the first meeting to renewal

Client Prospecting

• Identify new business opportunities through networking, on‑field territory outreach, and referrals
• Engage prospects and guide them toward energy solutions that fit their needs
• Be comfortable with in‑person interactions as client prospecting will mostly rely on a door‑to‑door sales approach targeting commercial businesses

Energy Analysis

• Gather and review clients’ electricity usage data
• Provide cost‑saving recommendations supported by metrics and usage insights

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
• All holidays off

Compensation:

• $40,000 Annual Base + competitive commission structure
• Bonuses and performance incentives
• Gas reimbursement
• First‑year average earnings: $65,000 - $70,000
• Top performers can exceed this range
