This position, Sales Senior Advisor, focuses on selling rotating equipment services across North America and driving strategic growth through account management and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue strategic growth accounts and project opportunities.
- Execute assigned operating plan and targets to ensure profitable service sales.
- Develop sales and strategic business plans to grow the assigned customer base, selling products, services, parts, upgrades, and securing long‑term service agreements.
- Manage complex long‑term sales processes involving technical aspects, pricing, and terms/conditions negotiation.
- Build influential relationships with customers and develop strategies to win profitable business.
- Own sales input for 1‑year and 3‑year planning and forecasting.
- Lead growth initiatives in the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business from an accredited college or university.
- Minimum five years of experience in sales of technical products and large, complex deals.
- Experience in account management and customer‑experience orientation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Established project management skills and ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.
- Availability to travel for business at least 50% of the time.
