Sales Representative – Uniform

Overview

We are seeking a goal‑oriented Sales Representative to join our Outside Sales team. In this B2B role, you will provide customers with work apparel solutions through weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and branding services. You will apply the Cintas Sales Training Program skills such as cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiation, objection handling, and closing.

Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your territory. Utilize our CRM to identify prospects, close new business, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.

Required:

• High School diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and Contact Management System (CMS)

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Prior sales experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role
• Prior new business‑to‑business (B2B) sales experience
