Bilingual (Spanish/English) Auto Inside Sales Representative
As a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Auto Inside Sales Representative, you will provide insurance quotes, advise customers on coverage options, convert quotes into new policies, and deliver a positive, personalized sales experience—without making any cold calls.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls and engage potential customers to provide a high‑quality sales experience.
- Identify potential customer needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
- Stay current on GEICO product knowledge and identify cross‑selling opportunities.
- Provide customers with peace of mind by helping them select the right coverage for optimal protection.
- Minimum of 1 month of customer‑facing sales experience (3+ years preferred).
- Experience in high‑volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals preferred.
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license preferred (training and exam fees covered).
- High School Diploma or GED required;
College degree preferred. - Excellent communication, adaptability, detail‑orientation, and multitasking across platforms.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Base salary: $23.00 per hour / $46,345 annually.
- 10% Bilingual differential.
- Performance incentives up to $60,000 annually.
- Shift differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.
- $1,500 sign‑on bonus for licensed candidates.
