Territory Sales Manager

Grecian Delight | Kronos Foods (GDK) is a leading provider of authentic Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, serving over 400 food service distributors and 30,000 restaurants nationwide. We offer gyros, specialty meats, pitas, flatbreads, tzatziki, hummus, falafel, plant‑based proteins, and bakery products.

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Manage and grow existing accounts while aggressively pursuing new business opportunities.
• Drive successful sales plans by prospecting and generating new business through cold‑calling, door‑to‑door visits, networking, and referrals.
• Develop new business by identifying customer needs and recommending products that support menu development, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular face‑to‑face meetings with food service operators, including restaurants, catering companies, healthcare facilities, schools, and other food service accounts.
• Present products, conduct tastings, and demonstrate value‑added solutions to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with operators.
• Collaborate with internal teams including customer service, operations, quality, R&D, and marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, sales meetings, and customer promotions as needed.
• Report safety, food safety or quality observations to management or QA for immediate action.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, food science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably in food service, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods.
• Experience working with food service operators.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within the Houston, Texas area.
• Proven track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Target Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000, bonus potential 20%.
