Qualifications
- Must be willing to adhere to "retail hours"
- Provide excellent customer service and sell Metro by T-Mobile products to new and existing customers.
- Focus on cultivating an outstanding customer experience.
- Actively and aggressively approach customers to sell products and services.
- Effectively evaluate customers' potential needs for wireless services and products and make appropriate recommendations.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding and enthusiasm of products and services, promoting and selling wireless products and services to customers.
- Maintain an upbeat, can‑do attitude.
- Develop positive relationships with store personnel and management.
- Hourly pay + competitive commissions per sale.
- Monthly bonuses based on sales vs. quotas.
- Metro by T‑Mobile employee Unlimited Talk & Data Plan with 15 GB hotspot for only $30 a month (savings $360 annually).
- Amazon Prime membership included with plan (savings $119 annually).
- Google One membership included with plan.
Salary: $9.25 to $12 per hour.
Job Type: Full‑time, Part‑time.
