Associate District Manager

Sales Representative, Small Business Services

In this role, you will work within a defined geographic territory that targets clients and prospects with 1-49 employees. You will identify and sign new clients for payroll, tax, human resources, benefits, and more, and sell additional solutions to existing clients. Daily, you will cultivate relationships, set appointments, gather leads from established business partners, assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions, and spend your time in the field closing business.

  . Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network while demonstrating grace under pressure and the highest ethical standards.

A college degree is great but not required. Other acceptable experiences include:

• One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or a similar industry;
• Military experience where teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through skills help build client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

• Prior quota-carrying experience.
• Ability to build a network and use social media effectively for sales.
