Drive Growth Across the Americas for a Global Underwater Technology Leader
Tritech International is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Sales Manager – Americas to drive sales growth across our industry-leading range of subsea imaging and sonar solutions.
Based in Houston, Texas, this role offers the opportunity to develop business across North, Central and South America while working with customers operating in offshore energy, marine technology, defense, ocean science and underwater robotics markets.

Reporting to the Sales, Marketing & Support Director, you'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, developing strategic customer relationships, managing channel partners and distributors, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.

The RoleThis role would suit an experienced Sales Executive, Account Manager, Business Development Manager or Sales Manager with experience selling technical products into offshore energy, marine, defense, industrial technology or related markets.
You'll work closely with customers, distributors, channel partners and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities, develop solutions and deliver sustainable revenue growth across the Americas region.
Whilst the role offers significant autonomy, you will be supported by experienced technical, engineering and commercial teams across Tritech's global operations.
Key Responsibilities Business Development & Account Management- Identify, qualify and develop new business opportunities across the Americas region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, partners and industry stakeholders
- Support global key account initiatives and contribute to long-term customer growth strategies
- Develop and execute territory plans to achieve revenue and market growth objectives
- Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities across multiple market sectors
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through proposal development, negotiation and contract award
- Deliver professional product demonstrations and customer presentations
- Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial documentation
- Meet or exceed agreed sales targets and performance objectives
- Support contract negotiations and commercial discussions
- Analyze market trends, customer requirements and competitor activity
- Identify emerging opportunities within offshore energy, defense, ocean science and marine technology sectors
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to support product development activities
- Act as a product champion within target markets
- Maintain accurate opportunity, customer and forecasting data within Hub Spot CRM
- Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports and market updates
- Support business planning through accurate pipeline management and reporting
- Monitor own performance against sales objectives and KPIs
- Represent Tritech at trade shows, conferences, exhibitions and customer events
- Develop relationships with industry associations and key market influencers
- Promote Tritech's brand and technical capabilities across the region
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
- Proven experience in technical B2B sales, account management or business development
- Experience selling into offshore energy, oil & gas, marine technology, industrial technology or related sectors
- Demonstrated success achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing sales pipelines, forecasting and CRM systems
- Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple customer relationships and opportunities
- Willingness to travel throughout the Americas and internationally as required
- Valid authorization to work in the United States
- Experience selling sonar, subsea imaging, marine electronics, oceanographic or sensing technologies
- Existing network within offshore energy, maritime, ROV or underwater technology markets
- Experience with government, defense or institutional sales processes
- Familiarity with robotics, ROV systems or integrated subsea technology solutions
- Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
